Initial Review and Gap Analysis Service — Conduct a comprehensive appraisal of current condition of the organization to identify gaps between the existing practices and requirement of relevant standard(s)/guidance and prioritize potential improvement measures.
Management System Consultancy Service — Assist the organization to develop its management system according to the standard(s)/guidance and obtain certification if applicable.
